You can change all of your personal and billing information through your account. For the billing processes to operate correctly, we will need you to keep your data updated. You are free to delete your information at any time.
We use a highly protected CRM system to store all of the membership information, but we do not store payment information. To help us protect your financial data and keep the transactions in a secure environment, we will use a professional third-party partner for SSL encryption and other measures. We set high security measures to protect against any unauthorized access to your personal information.
3. Registration and Subscriptions
To create an account on cvGO, you must provide the information needed to activate the account. After the registration process finalizes our team will send you a welcome email with all the information regarding access and use of your account and the Service.
To continue using the Service with cvGO via a paid account, we will need the following information from you: your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and zip code. After you cancel your subscription, your credit card information will be erased from our billing system.
4. Account Cancellation
If you choose to stop using our services, you must submit your account for cancelation. The cancellation will come into force at the exact date and time the customer service receives your email. If you wish to remove only your billing subscription information, cancel your paid account by sending a cancel request to customer services email.
Please note: All the information will be permanently deleted from our system after the cancellation of your account.
